The HIX Modular gas dryer is the latest gas dryer evolution that draws on over 60 years of drying and curing expertise. It is the first truly modular design on the market today and is manufactured by HIX in the USA. 

This high-performance hot air convection dryer is designed for all types of screen printing and DTG inks and is the perfect addition to the largest automatic screen print and DTF printers.

FEATURES

Modular Upgrades and Multiple Sizes
Available in 48", 60", and 72" belt widths and easily upgradeable in the field with minimal production downtime. Most upgrades can be completed in a day. Upgrade the heat chamber length by simply adding one (1) or two (2) additional 4' heat chamber drone sections increasing your production capability. The 48" and 60" models feature a standard 8' heat chamber length and is expandable up to 12' or 16' with one or two additional 4' drones. The 72" models feature a standard 12' heat chamber length and is expandable up to 16' and 20' with one or two additional 4' drones.

Control Panel
The Modular features an integrated full color 10.1" touch screen HMI (Human-Machine Interface) screen that controls all the dryer functions along with a built-in conveyor belt tracking system. Easily programable presets ensure the dryer settings are easily set for future use. The HMI also features shutdown/restart programming and troubleshooting notifications to make the operation simple and easy to use.

Design
The HIX Modular dryers do not require additional burners, air systems, or exhaust systems. The highly efficient gas burner, recirculating air, and exhaust systems are designed to expand as the drones are added and the heat chamber length increases. This dryer is engineered to maintain exceptional energy efficiency and saves you money. Additional 4' in-feed and exit extensions can be added to customize the length to fit your productions needs.
