The HIX Spectrum LED Exposure unit is our state-of-the-art, single light source multi-spectrum LED table-top exposure unit.

It's single source multi-spectrum LED light source dramatically reduces the curing time to as low as 8-12 seconds and can handle the widest variety of popular emulsions currently on the market today.

FEATURES

Vacuum Pump
The Spectrum LED includes a vacuum pump that is used to pull down the rubber blanket against the mesh screen. At the end of the set exposure time, the vacuum will turn off and begin exhausting the rubber blanket.

Display
The Spectrum LED is controlled by a full color touchscreen LCD display that features an adjustable digital timer that utilizes presets to keep the settings consistent and easy to find. The vacuum and exposure time is controlled via the controller, which includes built-in safety features to prevent accidental exposures. 

Maximum Screen Size
The maximum screen size that can be exposed using the Spectrum LED is 23"x 31".
