The HIX SwingMan series heat presses are for the professional who is serious about high quality impressions, maximum production, and safety. They are completely at home when using textile transfers but really excel when sublimating on any substrate, thick or thin, due to the absolute vertical pressure and a heat casting that swings out of your way almost 180° while setting up the artwork.

At the heart of these presses is the heat casting that is manufactured in-house using an exclusive aluminum alloy to maximize the heat transfer. The floating lower platen helps to provide even pressure from edge to edge at all temperatures and even works on thicker substrates. The easy to open and close handle is equipped with a spring assist, a full range pressure adjustment, and adds 20% more pressure compared to straight handle designs.

What makes the SwingMan 20 stand out from the competition is its ability to apply over 1200 lbs of downward force with very little effort. Our exclusive linkage system provides a mechanical advantage where a small amount of force on the handle produces a much larger force on the substrate.

Display
Easy to use, integrated digital time and temperature settings - Color LCD touchscreen controller allows simple dialing in of time and temperature. The current pressure is displayed on the touchscreen display each time the press closes. Now with user presets available to save the settings of your most common products.

Design
The SwingMan 20 features all metal construction with a 16"x 20" heat platen. The swing away design allows for easier shirt loading.
